Yes! BariztaPOS is built offline-first. All your data — products, orders, employees — is stored locally on your Android device using SQLite. If your internet goes down, you keep selling without interruption. Everything syncs automatically when your connection is restored.
BariztaPOS runs on Android phones and tablets. Any Android device running Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later is supported. The admin panel is web-based and accessible from any modern browser on desktop or mobile. We recommend using a dedicated Android tablet for the best experience at the counter.
Each customer receives a unique QR-code loyalty card. During checkout, the barista scans the card with the Android app. The system calculates points earned based on the order total and your configured reward percentage. Customers can redeem accumulated points as a discount on future orders. All loyalty activity is tracked and visible in the admin panel.
Yes. The Starter plan supports 1 device, Pro supports up to 3, and Premium supports up to 10 devices. Each device has its own license and syncs independently to the cloud. Inventory, employees, and orders are scoped per device, with centralized reporting across all devices available in the admin panel.
The payroll module calculates pay based on hourly or daily rates with configurable cut-off periods. It accounts for attendance records, overtime (hours beyond the scheduled end time), lates and undertime deductions, plus any bonuses or adjustments logged as disputes. Payslips can be generated automatically and exported as PDF documents.
